I just heard at the Yacht Club about the woman in Avalon who legally charged her neighbor for trimming her tree branches that went over the line. Then the neighbor was exonerated and she had to cut her trees down in violation of her trees being too close to the property line. Everyone at Borough Hall was shaking their heads apparently because she refused to mediate.
