I have seen some spout off's commenting about an island wide speed limit. This is a great solution for all municipalities on the Cape May Island. And Cape May has already initiated lower speed limits on city and county roads so the Seashore Road Expressway should not be a problem for approval. Once the police start enforcing the slower speed limit and distracted driver violations, visitors and residents will quickly learn that there are ramifications of speeding. Just look at Wildwood Crest and Stone Harbor, drivers barely go 1-2mph over the speed limit since it is known as a safe zone.
