Council is considering a reassessment. Discussions took place where they said there would not be a tax increase. They also said this would change the cap and allow them to spend more money to settle the police contracts, etc. The Mayor questioned where would they get the money? Great question and no real answer from the Council. I have never seen a reassessment where taxes didn't increase. More reason why this Council needs to go.
