Complain as you may, but there will be a boutique hotel on the ferry grounds. The DRBA has more clout than we do, so brace yourselves for yet another eyesore along the New Jersey shore. One additional note. The road to Douglass Park will be expanded and will include a sidewalk. Quite frankly, it is dangerous to walk or ride a bicycle along that road, so the improvement is justified. The boutique hotel, not really needed!
