CAPE MAY POINT — A homeowner walked into her house to find a man hiding, crouched down in her closet, according to Cape May police. Terrified, the homeowner ran and called police.
Cape May Police Department announced the Dec. 2 arrest of Kevin T. Traughber, who was charged with burglary, hindering apprehension, and theft in connection with the incident.
