About the Women in Business Conference:

Since 2005, the Cape May County Chamber has offered the Women In Business Conference as an opportunity to encourage and empower professional women through current educational sessions and valuable networking opportunities. Over the past eighteen years this event has grown in popularity and purpose. Although few men take advantage of the opportunity to attend, they are welcome as it is believed that a healthy work environment is best served with a balance of both male and female co-workers.
