WILDWOOD CREST – The Joseph Von Savage Memorial Pool in Wildwood Crest is set to close at the end of Friday, Aug. 11, for approximately 12 weeks for extensive renovations and upgrades.
Work includes a complete roof replacement, pool resurfacing, new deck coating, filtration repairs, the replacement of gutters and downspouts, the installation of new windows and upgrades to the building’s restrooms.
Work is scheduled to begin Monday, Aug. 14, and will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The parking lot at the Von Savage Pool will be closed to the public during the renovations.
Work is scheduled to be complete in November. The pool will reopen to the public as soon as possible.
