Who Won Ocean City’s Winter Warrior Festival?

Ocean City held its inaugural Winter Warrior Festival on Saturday, Feb. 17, with obstacle course races and team challenges staged outside the Ocean City Civic Center, where an indoor festival featured sales from local merchants and food vendors. The event also featured a non-competitive obstacle course for kids.
