I retired after 33 years as a public school educator, grades 7-12. Twenty one of those years were spent teaching at the Richard M. Teitelman School in the Lower Cape May Regional School District. In addition to teaching, I was also a student mentor (as well as the assistant director of the student mentor program), a teacher mentor and was on the Cape May County Curriculum Committee representing LCMR for a number of years. I am a long time Track and Field and Cross Country official throughout South Jersey and am an active parishioner as Lector and Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady Star of the Sea.
Perhaps most recognizably as “Miz V” of the Fun Food Cooking and Baking Camps for 23 years and counting! I look forward to an additional chapter of service as a member of the Board of Education for our Lower Cape May Regional Community.
