STIEBINGER, EDWARD M. Edward M. Stiebinger, 86, of South Dennis, NJ, passed away on August 24th, 2023. Ed was born in Irvington, North Jersey (NJ) and moved to Galloway Township as a child with his parents Edward and Olive and his 3 brothers and sister (predeceased). He married Evelyn Doerr and lived in Marmora with his loving wife of over 50 years, who predeceased him. He moved to South Dennis in the 1990's with Evelyn and has been a resident of Dennis Township ever since. Ed was a veteran having served in the Army National Guard in the 1950's. He worked for South Jersey Gas Company where he retired after 25 plus years. He also worked for the Cape May County Health Department during the summer months collecting water samples from the ocean and back bays after his retirement from the gas company. He loved being out on a boat and enjoyed fishing with his daughter Barb. He volunteered for the Dennis Volunteer Fire Company as an auxiliary member and was always around to lend a hand. He loved to tell jokes, do woodworking, jigsaw puzzles and was a wonderful man and father. He was always excited to go to the Upper Township Senior Center and Middle Township Senior Center to play pool, hang out with his friends, and have lunch. He also looked forward to going out with his friend Lou Long to lunch (where he loved his hot dogs), Berlin Auction, Home Depot or any fun activity. He is survived by his daughter Barb Beck, son in law, Ed Beck, his 3 brothers, Ronnie, George and John and his best buddy and dog, Scoobi. Ed will be missed by all and he will be forever in our hearts and minds. He will be loved and missed forever.
