STEWART, TERRY L.
Terry L. Stewart, a beacon of light to all who knew her, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2024, at her home in Dennis Township, NJ. Born in Somers Point, NJ, on June 25, 1956, Terry's journey was one of unwavering love, dedication, and service.
Terry treasured her family above all, leaving behind her beloved husband, Nelson T. Stewart, her devoted son, Tommy Stewart, and her adoring grandchildren, Brandon and Charlie Stewart. She will be lovingly remembered by her caring brother, Earl Carty, Jr., and her supportive sisters, Kathy Jones, Marion Goodman, and Carol Bell. Terry was greeted in Heaven by her son Brian “Stewie” Stewart, her granddaughter Fiona Mary Stewart, her parents Earl and Jean Carty, and her sisters Robin O'Donnell and Jeannie Watson, who predeceased her.
An avid reader, Terry enjoyed the simple pleasures of a good book and the serene beauty of the beach. Her passion for collecting lighthouses was sparked by her love for the iconic Cape Hatteras. Terry's spirit, like the lighthouses she admired, will continue to guide and inspire her family and friends for generations.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where viewing will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private. Donations in Terry's memory may be made to your favorite charity.
