Please take notice that the Township of Upper will hold a special informational meeting regarding the Strathmere Bulkhead Study. Since a quorum of the Township Committee of the Township of Upper may be present, the purpose of this notice is to comply with the Open Public Meetings Act. A copy of this notice shall be prominently posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building, filed in the Office of the Municipal Clerk and distributed in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act.
