- Authorizing payment from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund of Upper Township.
- Authorizing the purchase of electric supplies & poles for the baseball field score boards at Amanda’s Field from the 2013 Capital Improvement Bond Ordinance in the amount of $2,657.27.
- Authorizing a Notice of Violation and Abatement of Nuisance pursuant to Township Code Section 11-1.
- Authorizing an extension of the Shared Services Agreement with the Township of Egg Harbor for use of facilities, equipment and supplies for truck and equipment washing.

- Introduction and first reading of Ordinance No. 012-2016 RE: AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FIRST AVENUE, SOUTH OF BAYAIRE ROAD, WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER, COUNTY OF CAPE MAY AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
