1. Supporting the selection of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst as the Main Operating Base for the KC-46A.
2. Recognizing Wanda Adamson for her volunteer efforts as a member of the Upper Township Green Team Advisory Committee.
3. Recognizing Rebecca Holden for her volunteer efforts as a member of the Upper Township Green Team Advisory Committee.
4. Honoring William Joseph Mack III on attaining the Designation of “Eagle Scout”.
5. Honoring Shoprite Partners in Caring and the Marmora Shoprite Associates for their fight against hunger.
6. Appointing an Official to bid at the Tax Sale scheduled for October 4, 2016.

8. Authorizing the Mayor and Township Clerk to sign a contract with Shore Veterinarian Animal Control Services, LLC for animal control services in Upper Township.
9. Authorizing a contract with Atlantic Investigations, LLC for an Alcohol and Controlled Substances Training and Testing Program and Safety Consultant Services.
10. Renewing the contract with Triad Advisory Services, Inc. for Administrative Consultant Services for the Township’s COAH Market to Affordable program.
11. Authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to sign a renewal agreement with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for medical and prescription insurance.
12. Adopting revisions to the Upper Township Supervisor’s Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook.
