RESOLUTIONS

  1. Appointing Peter Buganski as Truck Driver to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.
  1. Appointing Stewart Segin as Equipment Operator to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.
  1. Appointing William Hoffmann as a part-time employee to the Upper Township Construction Code Office to serve as Fire Protection Inspector. 
  1. Authorizing a contract amendment between the Township of Upper and KD National Force Security & Investigations, LLC for additional professional security services.
  1. Authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to sign a Spending Account Client Renewal Confirmation Form with Trion Group, Inc. for an employee health reimbursement account.
  1. Urging the New Jersey Department of Transportation to designate “No Turn on Red” in all directions at the intersection of New Jersey State Highway Route 50 and County Route 610.
  1. Opposing Legislative proposals regarding the Open Public Meetings Act and Open Public Records Act.
  1. Authorizing the Mayor to sign and submit an amendment to the Upper Township Recreation and Open Space Inventory.
  1. Approving the Mission Statement of the Upper Township Economic Development Advisory Commission.

  1. Authorizing the Township of Upper to accept the transfer of a surplus vehicle from the County of Cape May.
