  1. Appointing Dennis C. Sharpe as a part-time employee to the Upper Township Construction Code Office to serve as Fire Protection Subcode Official. 
  1. Rescinding a prior authorization to dispose of Township property by sale on an online auction website.
  1. Certification of costs for abatement of nuisance on Block 573, Lot 16.
  1. Authorizing the purchase of a 2018 Ford F150 Crew Cab 4 X 2 and options and for the Chief Financial Officer to withdraw funds in the amount of $33,613.00 from the account entitled Recycling Trust Account for such purposes.
  1. Authorizing the execution of an NJDEP TWA-1 Application Statements of Consent Form regarding 14 Randolph Avenue, Strathmere, Block 829, Lot 4.02.

 

  1. Authorizing the execution of a Subcontract with the County of Cape May for the State Fiscal Year 2019 Municipal Alliance Program.
  1. Authorizing the reduction of the Performance Bond for the Major Subdivision known as Extension of Sea Sounds Avenue, Block 597, Lot 5.
