RESOLUTIONS

  1. Designating May 21, 2017 through May 27, 2017 as “Emergency Medical Services Week” in Upper Township.
  1. Adopting additional Rules and Regulations for operation of Jitneys in the Township of Upper.
  1. Accepting the conveyance of real property known as Block 450, Lot 3 on the municipal tax map of the Township of Upper, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey by gift.
  1. Authorizing a Shared Services Agreement with the County of Cape May for funding of the project known as “Harbor Road Bike/Pedestrian Gateway”.
  1. Declaring certain Township property and equipment as surplus and authorizing its disposal by sale on an online auction website.
