RESOLUTIONS
- Authorizing the Mayor to execute a Temporary Construction Easement with the County of Cape May for portions of Township owned streets for the project known as Corsons Tavern Road (CR628) Resurfacing Improvements.
- Supporting the installation of flashing road safety lights and Highway safety signs along Route 50 within Mileposts 5.78 and 5.88 and authorizing a cost sharing commitment for the project pursuant to NJDOT Policy 346.
- Resolution and Certification with respect to the 2016 Annual Audit and in compliance with the Local Finance Board of the State of New Jersey.
- Appointments to the Upper Township Green Team Advisory Committee.
- Authorizing Change Order No. 1 for the 2016 Paving Contract resulting in an increase in the amount of $126,250.00.
- Appointing additional 2017 season Beach Patrol Personnel.
- Authorizing the purchase of recycling collection equipment and for the Chief Financial Officer to withdraw funds in the amount of $31,790.00 from the account entitled Recycling Trust Account to pay for such purposes.
- Authorizing a Notice of Violation and Abatement of Nuisance pursuant to Township Code Section 11-1.

- Greater Tuckahoe Area Merchants Association request to hold a Raffle RA 478 at the Tuckahoe Beach on August 6, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
- Authorizing the Amateur Athletic Union of the United States, Inc. and the NJ Tar Heels “War at the Shore” event to be held at the Upper Township Community Center on June 24 and 25, 2017.
