RESOLUTIONS

  1. Congratulating the Upper Township Girls Softball Minor Level Team DVO on becoming the 2018 Little League Girls Softball Minor Division New Jersey District 16 Champions.
  1. Appointments to the Upper Township Green Team Advisory Committee.
  1. Appointing additional 2018 season Beach Patrol Personnel.
  1. Appointing the 2018 season Beach Patrol Personnel contingent upon background clearance.
  1. Authorizing a Professional Services contract with Suasion Communications Group for the maintenance of the Upper Township internet web site.
  1. Chapter 159 Resolution for the insertion of a special item of revenue into the 2018 Budget that was not determined at the time of the adoption of the Budget—State of New Jersey 2018 Clean Communities Grant in the amount of $36,323.33.
  1. Authorizing the Mayor to sign an amended and restated license agreement with New Jersey American Water Company, Inc., Ruth Management, LLC, and HarJust Management, LLC for the installation of emergency communications equipment.
