  1. Appointment of Edward Kline, Robert Young, and Ralon Armstrong as Truck Driver Heavy in the Upper Township Public Works Department.
  1. Authorizing the execution of an NJDEP TWA-1 Application Statements of Consent form regarding 10 East Winthrop Avenue, Strathmere, Block 853, Lot 5.

  1. Authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to withdraw funds in the amount of $1,790.94 from the account entitled Recycling Trust Account to pay for recycling collection supplies.
