1. Congratulating Upper Township resident Andrea Cummings on the occasion of her retirement after more than Forty (40) years of teaching and community service.
RESOLUTIONS
* 2. Honoring Upper Township resident Dr. Steven Kornberg, MD on being chosen as
the Volunteers In Medicine 2016 Volunteer Doctor of the Year.
3. Commemorating the 15th Anniversary of September 11, 2001.
4. Authorizing the Engineer to prepare specifications and solicit bids for a Dump Truck.
5. Certification of costs for abatement of nuisance on Block 455 Lot 16, Block 455 Lot 33, and Block 653.01 Lot 4.
6. Appointing members to the Upper Township Floodplain Management Public Information Group and authorizing participation in the Multi-Jurisdictional Program for public information.
7. Canceling and refunding taxes on exempt property Block 8, Lot 1.
8. Appointing Ruderman, Horn & Esmerado, P.C. and Mark S. Ruderman, Esquire to act as Special Legal Counsel in employment and labor law matters.
