- Honoring the Cub Scouts of Pack 79 Kyle Blackledge, Aaron Bliss, Simon Davies, Matthew Jefferson, Noah Law, Timothy Palermo, Hunter Repici, Benjamin Robbins, Kasey Ruf, Marcus Tocci-Esher, Kaleb Williams, and Jack Wriggins on attaining the Arrow of Light Award.
RESOLUTIONS
- Congratulating employee Barbara Grund of the Upper Township Public Works Department for her winning entry in the Upper Township Safety Award Program for the 1st quarter of 2017.
- Appointing H. Wallace Welliver, III, Lynda Romero, Robert J. Palamaro, John R. Brittin and Paula J. Brooks as part-time employees to the Upper Township Division of Emergency Medical Services.
- Appointing the 2017 Season Beach Patrol Personnel.
- Appointing Frank L. Corrado, Esquire to act as Special Legal Counsel.
- Appointing McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC to act as Special Legal Counsel.
- Authorizing the use of Amanda’s Field and Tyler Davis Field by Global Premier Soccer for soccer practices and games.
- Tax Refunds Homestead Benefits.
- Requesting a designated right turn lane on New Jersey State Highway Route 49 at the intersection of County Route 617 and New Jersey State Highway Route 49.
- Urging the New Jersey Department of Transportation to expedite the installation of Flashing Road Safety Lights and Highway Safety Signs along Route 50 within Mileposts 5.78 and 5.88.
- Requesting the installation of signs identifying the boundaries of Upper Township along the Garden State Parkway.
- Authorizing the Mayor and Township Clerk to sign a contract with Ancero, LLC for professional Information Technology services.
- Authorizing Change Order No. 2 for the Reconstruction of Bayview Boat Ramp contract resulting in an increase in the amount of $9,450.36.
- Appointing Water’s Edge Environmental, LLC as an Environmental Consultant for the improvements associated with the reconstruction of the Bayview Boat Ramp.
- Statement of Uniform Conditions for Retiree Medical Benefits.
- Authorizing the Chief Financial Officer to sign a Spending Account Client Specification form with Trion Group, Inc. for Employee Health Reimbursement Account.
- Adopting revisions to the Upper Township Supervisor’s Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook to include Use of Body Armor Policy for the Division of Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
- Authorizing an amendment to the Shared Services Agreement with the Township of Dennis to provide clerical and administrative services for the Construction Code Office.
