RESOLUTIONS
2. Congratulating employee Patricia Smyth of the Upper Township Tax Office for her winning entry in the Upper Township Safety Award Program for the 2nd quarter of 2017.
- Appointing Daniel Schuler as Senior Mechanic to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.
- Appointing Matthew Taylor as Mechanic’s Helper to the Upper Township Department of Public Works.
- Authorizing Change Order No. 3F for the Reconstruction of Bayview Boat Ramp contract resulting in an increase in the amount of $13,893.14.
- Authorizing a five (5) year extension to the Lease and Services Agreement between the Township of Upper and the Upper Township Rescue Squad for the premises located at 2028 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey.
- Authorizing Building and Electrical Permit Fee refunds to Solar City Corporation for properties in Upper Township.
- Reappointment of James R. Birchmeier as Municipal Court Judge for the Township of Upper.
- Authorizing the award of a contract with Home Depot USA, Inc. for materials and supplies.
- Renewal of an Alcoholic Consumption License to Levariland, Inc. for the license year 2017.
- Supporting a “Reduced Speed Limit and a No Passing Zone” along Commonwealth Avenue in Strathmere.
- Supporting a “Reduced Speed Limit” along Stagecoach Road.
- Certification of costs for abatement of nuisance on Block 573.01 Lot 32, Block 453 Lot 9.04, and Block 456 Lot 14.
- Appointing additional 2017 Season Beach Patrol Personnel.
- Appointing the 2017 Season Beach Patrol Personnel contingent upon background clearance.
- Authorizing the use of Township roads for a Du City Tri Runs Triathlon event on July 30, 2017.
