  1. Congratulating Alexa Johnson, Aili Martin, Jacob Schneider, and Zach Card for winning a Bicycle Safety Contest.
  1. Honoring Bruckner Chase, Michelle Evans-Chase, and Rebecca McGill for their work with paraplegics through the Ocean City Swim Club and Blue Journey Unified, an initiative created by Bruckner Chase Ocean Positive, Inc.

RESOLUTIONS

  1. Appointing Loren Ready as acting Deputy Municipal Court Administrator for a term of one year.
  1. Honoring Shane David Wigglesworth on attaining the designation of “Eagle Scout”.
  1. Appointing Judge Marian R. Ragusa to serve as temporary Municipal Judge on an as needed basis.
  1. Appointing Louis M. Belasco, CTA to act as Tax Assessor for matters in which the regular Township Tax Assessor may have a conflict of interest.
  1. Adopting the Emergency Relocation Plan for the Primary and General Elections.
  1. In support of the New Jersey Department of Transportation project “Full Bridge Replacement No. 0510-150 Route 50 over Cedar Swamp Creek within the Township of Upper, County of Cape May”.
  1. Authorizing a contract with Atlantic Investigations, LLC for an Alcohol and Controlled Substance Training and Testing Program.
  1. Authorizing a contract with CCG Premium Recovery Group, LLC to perform a review of the Upper Township Fire Districts Workers’ Compensation Accounts.
  1. Authorizing a Shared Services Agreement with the County of Cape May for use of the Upper Township Community Center as a Point of Distribution Center.
  1. Authorizing Change Order No. 1F with a reduction of $2,134.00 and project acceptance for the reroofing of the Municipal Building.
  1. Cancel and Refund Tax on exempt property Block 476 Lot 7.02.
ORDINANCES
  1. Public hearing and final adoption of Ordinance No. 010-2018 RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 017-2017 KNOWN AS THE SALARY ORDINANCE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2018.
