RESOLUTIONS

  1. Honoring Harrison Hepding on attaining the designation of “Eagle Scout”.
  1. Affirming the Township of Upper’s Civil Rights Policy with respect to all Officials, Appointees, Employees, Prospective Employees, Volunteers, Independent Contractors, and Members of the Public that come into contact with Municipal Employees, Officials and Volunteers.
  1. Accepting the Surety Bond from George Harms Construction Co., Inc. for the mining operation known as Caldwell Pit, Blocks 414 & 451, Lots 45 & 4, and authorizing the release of the existing surety.
  1. Appointing John Principe, Sean Fenton, Daniel Mathie, Marshall Kohler, and Evan Sheridan as full-time employees to the Upper Township Public Works Department
  1. Appointing Johnathan Carter, Cassandra Rosamond, Robert Palamaro, Jr., and H. Lawrence Dubs, Jr. as part-time employees to the Upper Township Division of

Emergency Medical Services.

  1. Appointing William C. Handley as the Upper Township Representative and Steve C. Eisenhauer as the Alternate Upper Township Representative to the Great Egg Harbor National Scenic and Recreational River Council.
  1. Authorizing a one year extension of the contract with Danziger & Markhoff, LLP for Actuarial Services.
  1. Tax Refund Block 688, Lot 2.
  1. Authorizing the purchase of a case 521g ZBAR T4F Wheel Loader and Accessories in the amount of $149,995.93 through Sourcewell (formerly NJPA) National Cooperative contract with funds from the 2018 Capital Improvement Bond Ordinance.
  1. 2019 Temporary Budget – Debt Service.

  1. Zoning Board 2018 year-end review.
  1. Alexander Grassi request for street light at Mariners Cove and Somers Avenue.
