RESOLUTIONS

  1. Supporting Cape May County’s project to improve Corson Tavern Road (CR628).
  1. Appointing members of the Local Emergency Management Council.
  1. Authorizing a Change Order for the Reconstruction of Bayview Boat Ramp contract resulting in an increase in the amount of $15,199.05.
  1. Authorizing an amendment to the Shared Services Agreements with the Upper Township Fire Districts for Website Services.
  1. Accepting the 2017 Solid Waste Collection Rules and Regulations Resident Information Packet pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Revised General Ordinances of Upper Township.

 

  1. Authorizing the reimbursement of Fish and Wildlife license fees to Luke Eisele.

  1. Declaring certain Township property and equipment as surplus and authorizing its disposal by sale on an online auction website.
  1. Authorizing the approval and execution of a Shared Services Agreement with the City of Ocean City to provide EMS and Fire Suppression Services to the Strathmere section of the Township of Upper.
  1. Authorizing Kathryn M. Wright and B&K Enterprise to hold a ‘Spring in Tuckahoe Craftsmen and Home Event” at the Upper Township Community Center on April 8th

 and 9th, 2017.

  1. Authorizing the purchase of certain items from the 2013 Capital Improvement Bond Ordinance in the amount of $27,958.00.
  1. Authorizing the purchase of certain items from the 2016 Capital Improvement Bond Ordinance in the amount of $84,548.00.

  1. Public hearing and final adoption of Ordinance No. 015-2016 RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER II (ADMINISTRATION) OF THE CODE OF UPPER TOWNSHIP.
  1. Public hearing and final adoption of Ordinance No. 016-2016 RE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 015-2015 KNOWN AS THE SALARY ORDINANCE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2016.
