RESOLUTIONS

Honoring Evan Michael Holmes on attaining the designation of “Eagle Scout” 

Accepting the 2020 Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Rules and Regulations Resident Information Packet pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Revised General Ordinances of Upper Township.

Accepting the bid and authorizing the execution of a contract for the project known as Replacement of Putnam Avenue and Sumner Avenue Bulkheads.

Authorizing the purchase of certain items and for the Chief Financial Officer to withdraw funds in the amount of $29,408.00 from the account entitled Recycling Trust Account for such purposes.

Authorizing the purchase of certain items in the amount of $102,695.20 from the Cape May County Open Space Program Park and Recreation Development Grant.

Authorizing the imposition of a Municipal Lien upon 1786 Mt. Pleasant Road, EXCEPT Block 296, Lot 1, related to junk removal.

Authorizing the imposition of a Municipal Lien upon 1790 Mt. Pleasant Road, related to unsafe structure demolition.

Authorizing the imposition of a Municipal Lien upon 30 Rivendell Road, Block 642, Lot 26 related to unsafe structure demolition.
