Public Notice is hereby given to all persons that a Special Meeting of the Planning Board will be held on Tuesday, March 24^th, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Council Chambers Room/Public Meeting Room, located at North Wildwood City Hall, 901 Atlantic Avenue, Rear in Police Department Annex, at which time the following will be discussed:

Proposed amendments to the existing Marina Bay Towers Redevelopment Plan

Proposed Ordinance creating the North Wildwood Marina Zoning District which pertains to Phase 2 of the Marina Bay Towers Development (the marina site)
