North Wildwood Council Meeting Minutes: May 26, 2017

SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 26, 2017
9:00 A.M.
A special meeting of the North Wildwood City Council was held in the morning of the above date in the City Hall.   The President of Council pro tempore stated, “The meeting is now open.   Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by posting a copy of the notice of the time and place of this meeting on the City Clerk’s bulletin board and publishing a copy of the same in the Cape May County Herald and in the Press of Atlantic City on May 24, 2017.”
 
ROLL CALL: Present were Mayor Patrick Rosenello, President of Council pro tempore Kellyann Tolomeo, Margaret Bishop, James Kane and Joseph Rullo.  President of Council Salvatore Zampirri and Councilmen Edwin Koehler and David Del Conte were not present.  Also present were City Administrator Kevin Yecco and Solicitor William Kaufmann.
APPOINTMENTS:
 
Mayor Rosenello explained that on weekends during the summer the North Wildwood Volunteer Fire Company, in conjunction with the North Wildwood Beach Patrol, will man a patrol boat in front of the beach and in Hereford Inlet.  The members of the Fire Company appointed with only be paid if they man a shift on the boat.

On a motion by Tolomeo, seconded by Kane, the above seasonal appointments be confirmed. Carried.

RE:                                                                                                      Authorizing Issuance Of Amusement Game Licenses (Raymond Boucher)                                                                                                 
The above resolution was offered by Kane, seconded by Rullo, the roll being called, all voting in the affirmative, the President of Council pro tempore declared the resolution duly adopted. 
 
PUBLIC:  None.
ADJOURNMENT:
On a motion by Bishop, seconded by Rullo, that there being no further business before Council, we do now adjourn.  Carried.  9:05 AM.
