COUNCIL:
COUNCILMAN RULLO stated that the City is making great infrastructure improvements and is moving in the right direction.
CITY CLERK stated that the City is commemorating 100 years under the City form of government. The City’s current official name – City of North Wildwood – was adopted 100 years ago today by the newly organized City Council. At a special election held on April 17, 1917 voters had opted to change from the Borough form of government to the City form. The Friends of the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse will be holding an interfaith service on May 21, 2017, titled “Bridges of Faith” Day, to honor the faith-based traditions of the City. It is hoped that Mayor and Council members will attend.
