PIERSON, ROY L.

PIERSON, ROY L. Roy L. Pierson, 54 of Woodbine, NJ passed away on January 1, 2024, after a battle with hypertension; eventually leading to kidney failure and strokes. Roy was born on September 8, 1969 to Roy and Sara Pierson. Roy is survived by his brother, Warren J. Pierson, who stood by him throughout his life and during his time of illness. He is also survived by many relatives throughout this area, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Roy's lifelong career was truck driving. Roy worked for Coggins Waste Management, Earth Tech, Action Supply and lastly, Caprioni Portable Toilets who were like a second family to Roy. In Roy's free time, he loved fishing, crabbing, hunting, barbecuing, and spending time with his many good friends. Roy will be remembered for being a proud resident of Woodbine and for the time he gave generously helping the Woodbine Volunteer Fire Department. Services are private.
