Thanks LTPD, EMTs

By Patricia and Harry Fredericks

To the Editor:
We want to thank the officers and EMTs of Lower Township who responded to my call for help when we could not reach our son Stephen Fredericks Dec. 2.
We are still in shock after our son was found. The gentle, sympathetic and caring words spoken to us by the officers and EMTs will forever be in our hearts. And to the kind neighbor who offered her home to us while awaiting the outcome, a wholehearted thank you.
Also, because of all the negativity surrounding police today, we want to be the positive factor and commend the work they do every day. Let us not forget they put their lives on the line to protect us. They respond to our calls for assistance, and help those in need.
From their meticulous uniforms, and professional, caring conduct, we are proud of our Lower Township Police and EMTs.
