To The Editor:
On Wed., Oct. 13, I had to enter Cape Regional Medical Center’s Same Day Surgical Unit (SDSU).
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Thomas Barrett and his staff who performed the procedure; also, John, the anesthesiologist, who told me he would be right there and take good care of me. He kept that promise.
Thanks to Colleen, a nurse in the SDSU as well as all the nurses in the recovery unit. Last, but by no means least, thank you to the sweet gentleman who helped me into a wheelchair and into my son’s car. Where would we be without these great senior volunteers?
Thurs., Oct. 14, I received a call from Pat of the surgical unit inquiring about my health. This call was greatly appreciated. I am a very nervous person when it comes to surgery. I sincerely thank one and all for helping me get through a trying day. God bless each and every one of them.

Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
