To The Editor:
The Wildwood Crest Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank the following businesses for their generous donations to the Wildwood Crest Firehouse shelter during the recent snowstorms:
Walgreens, Pizza Hut, Crest Tavern, Acme, McDonalds, Lehigh Valley Dairies-Bob Neri, Carinis Restaurant.
These companies donated all the food to feed over 100 evacuees breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the four-day period that the shelter was in operation
Thank you to the following businesses for providing bedding: Reges Motel, Waters Edge Motel, and Wildwood Crib Rental. It is nice to see these businesses step up in a time of need for our citizens.
Also a special thank you to the Wildwood Crest Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and all who helped to staff the shelter, including The Wildwood Crest Ambulance Corps.
