Supports Bakley for School Board

By Kelly

To The Editor:
I am usually impressed by the folks who come forward to serve on our many citizen panels. The Planning Board, Zoning Board and the Board of Education are among the panels that bring some of our best and brightest forward to serve in the community.
From time to time there are those who are looking to a future career in politics and will use these panels as a stepping stone. Fortunately this is becoming a thing of the past as the voters are becoming better educated through the many mediums now available. This is truly providing the voters a high quality group of candidates at this level.
Last night’s presentation from Ms. Koch, Mr. Roberts and Mr. Bakley was a testimony to the credentials of these fine candidates.
The upcoming Board of Education election has brought forward a candidate I am very proud to know. Bob Bakley, my son-in-law, has offered to serve and that is exactly what he will do. Bob, his wife and two sons all graduated from Middle Township High School. He has two children currently attending Middle Township High School. Bakley is a good Christian man and his family is very involved serving the community through many Christian organizations.
Bakley, through his organizational involvements, understands many of the financial aspects required of the board. He has coached in the Middle Township Recreation league for many years. He is an intelligent man that is honest, fair, hardworking and dedicated to his community as well as his family. I look forward to supporting him in his service through the Board of Education.
