To the Editor:
I was wrong. All the Bacharach rehab facilities will close March 31, 2023. I thought it was just Pomona’s campus closing. From North Cape May to Ocean City to Atlantic City to Marmora and other sites in South Jersey, these five-star physical therapy sites will be gone.
Cooper should buy Bacharach, as they plan on buying Cape Regional Health System in about two years. This is imperative that someone buys the Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation ASAP, or if you have a total knee replacement, for example, you will travel north two to three times a week for physical therapy. That’s insane.
Keep the same staff. These folks are the most dedicated, caring, and professional staff members I have ever met. Perhaps Jeff Van Drew can help us?
