To the Editor:
It is amazing that there is so much consternation over the Russian interference in the 2016 elections that resulted in the election of Donald Trump.
Why is there no concern that it took the Russian hacking to inform the American population of the mishandling of national security matters by Secretary Hillary Clinton, or the peddling of access to the secretary of state by the Clinton Foundation, or the underhanded methods used by the Democratic Committee to ensure Clinton won the Democratic nomination in the primary election?
Do we not care that these events happened, that it took a foreign government to inform the American public that our government told us nothing of these events? Had our government told us the truth would we not have elected Donald Trump?
