To the Editor:
I think that this article (‘Friend Seeks Help for Dennis Woman Battling Cancer,’ which appeared on the front page of the June 21 edition of the Herald) restores some faith in humanity and shows that you may never know the battles people are facing.
I think that these two are both great people, as is their son. I also believe that putting their GoFundMe out there is a great way to help them and show them support.
I think that it is great that Julie has a friend who is willing to go this far to do this for her and her family. I hope that they can both make a speedy recovery and that this will, instead of tearing their family apart, bring them closer.
