To The Editor:
On the night of Dec. 1 or Dec. 2, a person went into my car and stole the brand new RCA DVD player with dual screens that I bought for my children for Christmas, and a set of twin fleece sheets in a polar bear print that I bought for a patient. They didn’t have to steal from us; we are good Christian people, who if they had just asked, would have helped them get the things they needed.
I know where to get toys for kids for Christmas, food to feed a family and clothes to put on a family’s backs. I would have helped find funding to get the person an education and become self-sufficient. I hope that he/she reads this or somebody reads it to them and they have a change of heart and return the items they stole from my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer on Pershing Avenue in the Burleigh section of Middle Township.
The items can even be dropped off at my church, the Methodist Church on the corner of Church Street and Route 9 right by the county Court House; just tell them it belongs to me. No cameras no arrests. I actually hope this person will come forward to me or my husband and let us help them get the help that they need. We aren’t going to judge them or yell at them. I promise we will help them in any way that they need.
We know what it’s like to struggle; my husband grew up poor in the city with nothing to eat or clothes to wear. We understand. Please do the right thing. God bless; I send my prayers out to you.

Do you think it's appropriate for BLM to call for "Burning down the city" and "Black Vigilantes" because…
