No More COAH In New Jersey?

By Keane

To The Editor:
North Jersey Sen. Ray Lesniak says “No More COAH in New Jersey…”
I wonder, will this effect the 12-acre sublet apartments that are being constructed on Bayshore Road in Lower Township? This elimination of COAH will mean any town, county, or state officials can oversee and name any pay-to-play bid patrons to construct provided it’s approved by the county and state.
Will this also affect the many senior citizens who think they are going to live in said sublet apartments? Time will tell.
