I wish someone would inform me as to how to get any results from the Township of Lower concerning blocked streeet drainage. My basement gets flooded constantly from any rainfall due to the full culvert outside my house. Full to the top. I have gotten no results from the Township when my neighbor and I have complained. We have just had a dry spell with little rainfall and it is full to the top. There are two drainage culverts here and both are full of water all the time. I consider it a health hazard as well breeding mosquitoes. Must I contact FEMA? I would be grateful for any advice. I have had water for several years in my basement.
