To the Editor:
Everybody is talking at the same time, yet no one is really saying anything. It reminds me of Charlie Brown’s mother in the cartoon.
There’s a scroll at the bottom of the TV screen. Do I read or listen?
What do I focus on? What’s really important? Do I tune it all out or do I try to make sense out of nonsense?
I have decided to stay true to myself. To think for me.
To see the really big picture. To continue to be the independent, hard-working woman my parents raised.
They would say, “If everyone decided to jump off the Brooklyn Bridge, would you do it, too?” I truly hope the majority of Americans are reading between the lines and use their intelligence, not their emotions, on Election Day.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
