To the Editor:
I am always hearing talk and complaints of all the problems in Cape May County. As I see it, our biggest problem is hiding our heads in the sand – or denial.
It is sad, but we do have an escalating drug problem. We do have a homeless problem. And we do have a rising crime rate. Ignoring problems does not solve them. We need concerned citizens, churches, and local government to stand up and get together to work out to at least start lessening these problems.
Our children and grandchildren need us to act now!
