‘In Addition, No City Business Is Being Done’

By Perloff

To The Editor:
For more than a few times, the West Wildwood Borough Hall is closed again, due to the excessive disciplinary hearings, lawsuits and countersuits brought on by Mayor Frederick.
Today’s hearing, Frederick is dragging long-time Borough Clerk Dottie Tomlin back to court again in a continued attempt to have her removed as clerk because of her certifying a petition to recall him. This is very disturbing to say the least.
On March 5, 8:30 a.m., he was dragging Jacquelyn Ferentz, Bill Null, Bob Feltwell and Dottie Tomlin to the recall hearing in Court House in front of Superior Court Judge Ray Batten.
Again, another example of this administration’s abuse of powers and waste of tax dollars. Each of these actions cost the taxpayers anywhere from $3,000 to $12,000 in attorney fees, court fees, investigative fees, employee wages and salaries. In addition, no city business is being done.
