To the Editor:
We want to thank and acknowledge everyone who recently attended the Beef and Beer Benefit for Scott March. The event was held at the Greater Cape May Elks Lodge #2839 on Oct. 12. The turnout of friends and family was absolutely tremendous. Scott, our son-in-law, along with Tracy, our daughter, and Brett, our grandson, attended and were in awe of the outpouring of generosity and affection. The event was a huge success, generating overwhelming results to help with Scott’s medical treatments.
This function would not have taken place if it were not for Ted Nulty, Exalted Ruler and Barbara Mahon from the Elks Lodge. Their compassion and efforts will be remembered as Elks say “It’s what we do.”
So many people to thank … when it comes to people in need, no one comes to the front more than the Elks and the great people of Cape May County. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for Scott, Tracy and Brett March.
