To The Editor:
The Cape May “Handicapped” Spouter gets really tiresome with the on-going whining spouts about the lack of handicapped facilities in the City of Cape May beach area.
Besides all the curb cuts and businesses made handicapped accessible (at the cost of thousands of dollars,) there are five dedicated access ramps; the city provides 13 wheelchairs at nine locations with lifeguard assistance to move across the beach, and there are 14 beach-associated handicapped parking areas, which, it can be noted, are free.
It can be surmised that the spouter wants the city to spend enormous amounts of money on facilities that will be mostly unused, or is simply a bullying ingrate afraid to sign his or her name to the complaint
