Governor Needs to Investigate Ferry Budget

By Keane

To The Editor:
The other day we all learned that the New Jersey state government will eliminate state inspection stations and that will only mean stiff fines on the highways and local roads; $12 million savings to shelve the state inspection stations, meanwhile the DRBA ferry is way over budget. A 70-minute ride costing $18 per person, $45 dollars one way trip for an automobile is insane.
Gov. Chris Christie should have this agency investigated and shave off taxes for the overwhelmed State of New Jersey.
