Former Mayor Gives Support to Voll

To The Editor:
I have known Mike Voll for over 30 years. During that time, you really get to know the true fabric of the man. Voll is one of the most trustworthy, dedicated, knowledgeable individuals you will ever get to know. He has a distinct sense of responsibility along with an enthusiasm and knowledge of local government that is difficult to match. Voll, having served as mayor for 16 years has distinguished himself with a unique sense of commitment to excellence along with exceptional leadership qualities that is effective, capable, and very efficient.
Voll knows every area of this township from Court House to Rio Grande, from Whitesboro to Del Haven, from Swainton to Green Creek, from Dias Creek to Mayville. He has represented each and every district with an impressive, professional approach to detail. He has a remarkable productive range of skills that is invaluable in holding the tax rate at the lowest possible rate to help insure that our senior citizens and working people can afford to live here in Middle Township.
Everyone agrees that we are living in extremely difficult times. The easy answer is to raise taxes. The most difficult task of any elected official is to find other methods of addressing the needs of the township without raising our taxes. Voll has the experience and the knowledge to do just that.
I do not attempt to diminish the efforts of the current members of the Township Committee. I am sure they are doing their very best. Each member is of excellent character and commitment, however, there are times when a new approach is needed to accomplish the difficult task of serving the people of Middle Township.
I would wholeheartedly recommend that you give serious consideration to the election of Mike Voll as a member of Township committee in the coming election.
