To the Editor:
About a month ago, I experienced a stroke and my wife immediately called 911. The police arrived within a minute and EMS was in the door shortly thereafter.
I was evaluated quickly and immediately transported to Cape Regional Medical Center where I was given treatment.
We have some truly great people in our first responders in Middle Township. Our local hospital treated me with the TPA medicine and got me off to Cooper University Hospital for extensive neurology care. I was back home four days later with excellent recovery.
Middle Township residents, we can be comfortable and proud of our police department and our EMS responders. God bless every one of them! We can be proud, too, that we have a first-rate hospital in Cape May County.
After being home just a couple of weeks, I came down with a serious intestinal tract virus that put me back in Cape Regional for four days. The care and personal attention I received (as well as my wife) at Cape Regional could not have been better. Our area hospital is one that all of us can be proud of and know that we will get excellent care.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
