This is for all homeowners in the shore community, everybody arguing about full time and part-time residency.
We all live here full time or just the summer months for what the area has to offer, beaches, boating, fishing, restaurants, and the boardwalk. If the area did not offer all the amenities then there would be fewer vacation homes, motels/hotels, restaurants, and nightlife, which would mean fewer taxes to keep the town operating.
So stop complaining about each other. It’s one’s choice to own property in our (all property owners) community. I live here full time and some of my best friends are summer residents.
Avalon – This economy is tough for everyone. Think I might have to sell my beach house! A good problem, but still forced.
